For the filtration of surface treatment fluids for automotive metal shells, iron removal equipment can semi-automatically or fully automatically remove ferromagnetic powder, particles, and iron oxide, capture small weak magnetic impurities, extend the service life of the cleaning solution, reduce the frequency of solution replacement, increase economic benefits, and reduce environmental protection costs. Commonly used products include magnetic rods, liquid permanent magnetic filters, and slurry electromagnetic separators.
Regarding vertical transportation, iron removal equipment can be applied to the vertical transportation of various iron parts, such as spark plugs, tanks, and so on. Traditional conveying methods cannot achieve 90° right-angle conveying, requiring more space and cost to achieve height. However, magnetic conveyors can achieve fully automatic vertical transportation, saving production space and production costs.
