Measures ensure permanent magnet pipeline separator effectiveness.


The permanent magnet pipeline iron remover can quickly and effectively filter out small ferromagnetic metal particles from various slurries or dry powder products. It is widely used in industries such as building materials, chemicals, and grains for primary iron removal. It plays a crucial role in protecting the normal operation of subsequent equipment and improving product purity. To ensure the good performance of the self-unloading pipeline iron remover, it is necessary to understand the following:

  1. The inner wall of the pipeline should be wear-resistant and non-magnetic to prevent phenomena such as wear leakage or magnetization.
  2. When the magnetic material adsorbed on the inner wall of the pipeline reaches a certain amount, it will reduce the material passing performance. Therefore, the flow performance of the material and the installation angle should be considered in the initial design and installation. In the process of use, the internal impurities should be cleaned in a timely manner.
  3. When the material in the pipeline is powdery, the iron remover should be installed at the bottom of the pipeline. When the material in the pipeline is granular, the iron remover should be installed at the top of the pipeline.
  4. To enhance the iron removal effect, two-stage iron removers can be used in series.
  5. If the temperature of the material to be processed is higher than 80 degrees, it should be clearly explained to the manufacturer when ordering the product. High-temperature magnetic blocks should be used to avoid demagnetization after long-term use in high-temperature environments, which will affect the iron removal effect.
  6. The sealing components at the connection between the permanent magnet pipeline iron remover and the pipeline, as well as the observation port and the iron discharge port, should use special materials to ensure good durability and no material leakage.
