Magnetic grid

The magnetic grid can be installed or simply placed in storage containers, drawers, hoppers, and other locations to capture and remove iron filings, iron chips, and other metal objects. It is particularly suitable for applications with high-wear materials.

The magnetic grid features:

1. No energy consumption, no pollution, simple structure, and easy to use. 
2. The magnetic spacing is designed carefully to ensure full contact between the material and the magnetic rod, resulting in excellent iron removal effect. 
3. The magnetic force can reach up to 13,000 GS. 
4. The shape, size, and number of layers of the magnetic grid are designed according to the hopper, providing a tight fit. 
5. The specifications and quantity of the magnetic rods are customized based on the material characteristics. 
6. The equipment body is made of stainless steel, either SUS304 or SUS316L. 
7. Customization is available based on provided drawings.
